This recipe is SureSlim friendly and really YUMMY!
You can add or replace vege's as you see fit.
Ingredients:
150g chicken, trimmed of fat and sliced thin
155g Veges: snow peas, brocolli, capscicum sliced thinly, a tiny bit of onion and baby bok choy.
1teaspoon of Sesame Oil
1teaspoon of Tamari (organic Soy Sauce)
2teaspoons of Sweet Chilli Sauce
Procedure:
Heat a wok or pan and add sesame oil.
Once oil is heated, add chicken and stirfy for about 3 minutes.
Add teaspoon of tamari and stiry through till chicken is coated
Add vege's MINUS the bok choy, stiry fry for another 5 minutes
Add the teaspoons of sweet chilli sauce, stir to coat.
Add bok choy and continue to stiry until bok choy leaves have wilted.
Serve immediately.
