Tuna Salad

This is great for a light lunch or bulk it up for a nice summer dinner.

Ingredients:

150g tin of tuna chunks in SPRINGWATER
lettuce
1/2 avocado
onion
cucumber
1-2 boiled eggs

DRESSING
olive oil
onion
pepper

Procedure:

This dish is so easy.
Throw your salad stuff together.
Drain the tuna and add it to the salad.
Slice your boiled eggs and add those too
Mix up your oil, lemon juice and pepper and smother.

done!
