Applesause Cakes

The batter for this tastes REALLY yummy LOL

Ingredients:

1/2 cup applesauce (simply quarter and core 2 apples. throw in the microwave for about a minute until soft, put in a blender with a bit of water and wizz until smoooth)
3 crumbled cruskits
1/3 cup cottage cheese
2 teaspoons splenda
1 dash cinnamon

Procedure:

Place the curskit crumbs, cheese, sweetener, and 2 tablespoons applesauce in the blender.
Process until smooth.
Drop by tablespoons on a hot non-stick skillet.
Cook until brown on both sides. Serve with remaining applesauce as a topping.

*NOTE: the first time I cooked these they basically disintergrated into nothing, try adding a bit more apple puree, or bake in the oven.
Will update these when I try again.
