My mum and I designed these yummy roll ups!
Be Warned they are more filling than they appear!!
Ingredients:
1 packet of FRESH Lasagne Sheets (the dried stuff simply WILL NOT do!)
250-500g of shaved Ham or Chicken (depending on how many people you are serving, 250g does about 3 servings)
Spring Onions
Mushrooms
Minced Garlic
Pepper
1 Jar of Carb Options Napolitana Sauce
1 Small Packet of Low Fat Grated Cheese
Procedure:
1. Roll Out Lasagne Sheets*
2. Slice Mushrooms and spring oinions
3. Saute mushrooms and onions in minced garlic
4. Microwave Philly cheese for about 20 seconds to soften.
5. Stir through the sauted mushies and onions.
6. Add shredded Ham/Chicken and stir through.
7. Dollop some of the philly mix onto a lasagne sheet about 4 cm in from one end. Make sure the mix goes from top to bottom.
8. Roll up lasagne sheet like a crepe.
9. Place this fold down in a lasagne dish.
10. Continue this until lasagne dish is full.
11. Pour Napolitana Pasta Sauce over Roll Up's
12. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top
13. Bake in pre-heated oven (about 180) for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden.
Serving Size:
Generally 1 roll up per person with salad and/or a baked potato does fine.
